We currently have part-time and full-time positions available. Applicants must have prior experience working in a veterinary hospital.

Required skills include:

• A friendly, patient rapport with clients in person and over the phone.
• The ability to manage four phone lines while speaking clearly and taking accurate messages.
• Meticulous attention to detail regarding scheduling, financial transactions, and file management.
• The ability to make sensible, informed administrative decisions.

Experience with Pulse Veterinary Practice Software is preferred but not required. Please note that benefits, with the exception of the employee discount, are offered to full-time employees only.
