Spa Receptionist

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. Your professional appearance is crucial to a great first impression of our spa. In this role, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, coordinate appointments, and ensure a seamless experience from the moment clients arrive. Your enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills will set the tone for a relaxing and memorable visit. Duties Greet guests warmly with a friendly, professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression. Manage reservations and appointment scheduling via phone and in person/walk-ins. Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person with exceptional phone etiquette and clear communication. Coordinate with therapists, spa staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain accurate records of guest information, appointments, and payments while adhering to confidentiality standards. Assist with guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously. Support front desk operations by processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing check-in/check-out procedures. Keep up with tasks such as delivering laundry to housekeeping/spa, restocking lockers and other light housekeeping.

Requirements :

You're a people person. Provide strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor at all times. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous hotel or guest services experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
