Job Description
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for managing the front desk area, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This role involves providing excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer, screen, and direct incoming phone callsManage appointment scheduling and maintain calendarsHandle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveriesMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk areaProvide basic information to clients and direct inquiries appropriatelyPerform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document managementCoordinate with other departments to support office operationsMonitor office supplies and place orders when neededEnsure security procedures are followed (visitor logs, badges, etc.)Similar remote jobs
