  • Part-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Part-Time Spa Administrator to join our wellness team!

As a key member of our team, you will manage front desk operations, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth daily administrative functions. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps clients coming back. Duties Greet clients warmly and handle all front desk responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and provide information about services Maintain accurate client records using computer software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized booking systems like QuickBooks or similar platforms Coordinate appointment scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up communications to optimize spa operations Handle clerical tasks including data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining organized records Support bookkeeping activities such as basic bookkeeping entries and invoice processing Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, maintaining cleanliness of the reception area, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client questions with clear phone etiquette and bilingual communication skills if applicable Experience Previous administrative experience in a customer service setting preferred Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools Experience managing appointment calendars effectively Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively Personal assistant or office support experience beneficial but not mandatory Benefits Free or reduced rate massage or facial employee discounts 401 k Join us in creating a serene environment where clients feel valued from the moment they walk through the door!
