LifeCare Chiropractic and Wellness Center Waldorf, MD Job Description My team and I are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our fast-growing chiropractic wellness practice in Waldorf, MD. As our Front Desk Receptionist, you're the first and last person our patients see on each visit and it's up to you to leave a lasting positive impression on everyone we serve.

Experience you must have:
1-2 years of experience in Front Desk or Administrative Support Plus if you have background in Chiropractic, Wellness or Healthcare industry Front Desk Receptionist Tasks of this
Role:
Effectively manage all patients to ensure the highest quality care and experience. Organize and schedule patient appointment and team meetings Oversees administrative functionality of the practice Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, inventory requisitions are reviewed and approved, and that patient management functions are properly assigned and monitored Ensure office efficiency is maintained by planning and execution of office safety procedures, inventory control, team and patient management Assign and monitor administrative, and office staff activities among team members and service providers Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events This position is Monday through Friday with two Saturdays a month. Competitive pay based on experience. We offer paid vacation, holiday pay, a stipend toward health insurance and chiropractic care for you. This is a company where we genuinely care about each other. Previous experience in the healthcare field is helpful but not necessary
