Communicating with veterinary staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and professional at all times Schedule appointments, and manage office supplies. Experience in a veterinary or medical setting is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person who brings a positive attitude and strong customer‑service skills.
