About us 207LASER is a medical aesthetics practice serving Southern Maine for over 13 years. With locations in Portland and Kennebunk, we specialize in laser treatments, injectables, skin rejuvenation, and integrative wellness services. Position Overview The Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator is responsible for creating an exceptional client experience from the moment a client contacts our office through checkout and follow-up. This position requires outstanding customer service skills, professionalism, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Assist clients with treatment questions, pricing, and financing options Check clients in and out efficiently Maintain accurate client records and documentation Process payments and handle daily transactions Coordinate provider schedules and treatment room flow Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and office organization Support client retention and follow-up initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure exceptional client care Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and client care is a plus What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?
