Job Description

The Role We are seeking a dependable, professional Scheduler to join our well-established Occupational Health Clinic. This role is the heartbeat of our patient flow, and requires excellent attendance and punctuality. We are looking for someone who takes pride in being present and prepared every day.
Primary Responsibilities Orchestrate Patient Intake:
Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in process to ensure a seamless, timely workflow.
Front-End Coordination:
Manage complex patient schedules and schedule future appointments to optimize clinic capacity.
Communication Hub:
Answer multiple telephone lines and clearly explain client company instructions and specific forms to patients.
Data Integrity:
Accurately enter and update patient demographics into our computer system.
Records Management:
Manage the accurate filing of paper charts and perform consistent scanning of files into electronic health records.
Specialized Support:
Perform routine administrative duties under the direction of the Office Manager.
Qualifications Character:
A pleasant attitude and a high level of dependability.
Clearance:
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and gain FBI Security Clearance (required).
Background:
Medical background preferred (MA, CNA, or CRMA certifications are a plus).
Experience:
Previous Occupational Health experience is a plus.
General Task Clinic Environment Maintenance:
Perform routine sanitization of high-touch reception items including patient ink pens, clipboard surfaces, and check-in counters.
Clinic Readiness:
Monitor and replace water cooler bottles in the waiting area to maintain patient comfort.
Clinical Support:
Assist clinical staff with basic exam room cleaning and turnover to ensure timely patient rooming.
Inventory Control:
Conduct routine tracking of front office supplies and forms to prevent shortages.
Digital Archiving:
Execute daily scanning of paper records into the electronic health records database. About Us We are a privately owned and operated Occupational Health Clinic. We have been in practice since 1999 and are well established in the community. Candidates with a medical background and those with certifications as Medical Assistants, CNAs, or CRMAs are highly encouraged to apply. Some on-the-job training will be provided.

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
