Job Description

Job description: We are looking for a high-energy Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our team! In this role, you'll balance top-tier customer service with essential office tasks. Responsibilities First Impressions:
Greet visitors and clients warmly to ensure they feel welcome.
Communication:
Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls accurately and professionally.
Scheduling:
Handle front-desk duties like booking appointments and coordinating meetings.
Data & Records:
Perform data entry, filing, and proofreading to keep our office organized.
Software Management:
Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for reports and emails.
Office Operations:
Help with mail, supply inventory, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks).
Direct Support:
Assist with clerical tasks and personal assistant duties as needed.
Skills Tech Proficient:
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Organized Multitasker:
Ability to stay focused and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable Background:
Previous experience in an office or clerical role with high attention to detail.
Customer-First Mindset:
Excellent phone etiquette and people skills.
Niche Knowledge:
Experience in medical/dental offices or QuickBooks is a huge advantage.
Proactive Attitude:

Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
