Job Description

Experienced Front Desk Coordinator - Elevate Patient Care with Us We're seeking a full-time (Monday-Friday) seasoned and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to join our high-performing dental team. If you have prior experience in a dental office and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment, this role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully from day one. This position requires someone who can hit the ground running— so prior dental front office experience is essential. We are open to train the right person! Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in/out patients with professionalism and warmth Manage all communications: phone calls, texts, emails, and voicemails Schedule appointments and maintain a productive, well-balanced schedule Post patient payments and ensure account accuracy Verify insurance and complete detailed breakdowns Prepare and reconcile daily deposits Send and request x-rays, referrals, and patient records Update health histories and ensure documentation is current Keep the schedule filled and optimized for flow Print and update daily route slips Support the clinical team with administrative coordination
Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum 1-2 years in a dental front desk role Proficiency in Eaglesoft software preferred Strong knowledge of dental terminology, codes, and tooth numbering Familiarity with common dental workflows and health/safety protocols Excellent computer skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented mindset

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
