We are seeking a warm, professional, and dependable individual to join our Client Experience Team. As a Client Experience Specialist, you are often the first and last impression of our spa. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every guest who visits. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a desire to support the daily operations of the spa and contribute to an exceptional experience for both clients and team members.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills Comfortable answering the phones and communicating professionally with clients Previous customer service experiences ideal; preferably experience in an appointment based business Basic computer proficiency and comfortable learning new software systems Professional appearance and positive attitude Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and welcoming clients upon arrival Managing incoming phone calls, texts, and emails in a timely and professional manner Assisting with appointment scheduling and client inquiries Maintaining accurate client records and supporting daily administrative tasks Ensuring forms, waivers, and client records remain current Developing a working knowledge of spa services, products, promotions, and policies Assisting with retail sales and inventory management Confirming upcoming appointments and managing appointment gaps Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the spa, including laundry, treatment room turnover support, restrooms, floors, and common areas Supporting the team with various operational tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience
