Job Description
Salon Receptionist We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Salon Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients visiting our salon or inquiring about our beauty services. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. Key Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service Answer inquiries about services via phone, email, and in person Schedule, book, and confirm appointments efficiently Manage walk-ins and coordinate appointments based on availability Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts Inform clients about new services, promotions, and discounts Requirements Proven experience as a Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, and email) with a customer-first mindset Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities Ability to stay calm, professional, and efficient during busy or high-pressure periods Availability to work evenings and at least one weekend day What We're Looking For A positive attitude and polished presentation Strong multitasking skills A team player who enjoys building relationships with clients Why Join Us?
