Dispensary Receptionist

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the Dispensary. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting customers, and supporting the team in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers as they enter the dispensary. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about products, services, and policies. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist in packaging, labeling, stocking and production of products to be sold Support staff with administrative tasks as needed. Recommend suitable products according to what the customer/patient preferred means of consumption may be. Uphold compliance with all cannabis regulations and dispensary policies.

Qualifications:

A successful background check MUST be 21+ years of age or older High school diploma or GED is required; Associates degree or higher is preferred Ownership mindset - self-starters who know how to figure things out and know when to ask for help Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude A passion for cannabis and desire to continually learn more Exceptional attention to detail, well-organized and reliable

Pay Range:
