This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop retail and customer service skills while supporting the overall success of our salon. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage appointment scheduling using POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently and accurately Handle phone inquiries with polished etiquette, providing information and booking appointments Assist clients with product demos, upselling retail items to enhance their salon experience Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk, including stocking and merchandising retail products Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for payments and change Support inventory management by stocking shelves and ensuring product displays are attractive and well-maintained Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse clientele effectively Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math to process transactions smoothly Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately Experience in merchandising, stocking, or grocery store environments is advantageous Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism This energetic role invites motivated individuals eager to deliver outstanding service while growing their skills in a lively salon environment. Pay:

$19.78 - $21.23 per hour
