Receptionist

GRANDVUE MEDICAL CARE FACILITY

is looking for a full-time (32-40 hours/week) receptionist to greet and serve visitors, answer phones, handle cash transactions/balance accounts and perform basic office duties. Primarily weekdays with Saturdays, Sundays and holidays on rotation. Successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a professional office/banking environment and be organized, dependable, detail oriented and able to multi-task while maintaining customer service focus. Experience handling and balancing a cash drawer, using basic office equipment and working with Microsoft Word and Excel necessary.
