Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and coordinate the office schedule, appointments, and calendar. Manage and maintain the CRM system , including customer records, leads, follow-ups, notes, and communications. Track leads and customer inquiries through the CRM and ensure timely follow-up. Handle day-to-day administrative and office management tasks. Manage customer inquiries, communications, and follow-ups while providing excellent customer service. Coordinate bookings and scheduling to ensure a smooth customer experience. Assist with marketing activities, including social media, promotions, email campaigns, and customer outreach. Maintain accurate bookkeeping, records, invoices, and basic financial documentation. Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members professionally and promptly. Help improve office organization, CRM processes, customer retention, and overall business efficiency. Provide general administrative support to the business and management team. Ideal Candidate Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience using CRM software and managing customer databases. Comfortable managing leads, follow-ups, appointments, and customer relationships. Basic bookkeeping and computer skills. Experience with scheduling, booking systems, social media, or marketing is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Professional, dependable, and able to work independently. Starting at $12-$16 hr depending on skill level and availability Hours are flexible 9am- 5pm
