Our client is a leader in the law industry, and they are looking to add a diligent Receptionist to the team!
Job Description:
Clerical / Administrative Support Maintain electronic and physical filing systems Scan, copy, and organize legal and administrative documents Assist attorneys and staff with general administrative tasks Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Monitor and order office supplies Reception / Client Service Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer and direct incoming calls Schedule appointments and manage conference room calendars Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area Provide general information and support to clients and guests Required High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred) 1-3 years of accounts payable, receptionist, or administrative experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities •If interested, please email resume to for immediate consideration! •All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
