Conduct overnight audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring all records are accurate and complete. Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, offering solutions that enhance their stay and promote positive guest relations. Maintain security protocols during night hours by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine property inspections. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth operations throughout your shift. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong background in front desk duties. Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world. Expertise in night audit procedures combined with excellent organizational skills to handle financial reconciliations accurately. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a passion for guest relations. Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication. Strong understanding of hospitality industry standards, including phone etiquette, guest services, and resort operations if applicable.
