Job Description Essential Functions- Job Duties:

The following duties are considered essential to the job. Qualified individuals must have the ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to perform the following duties: Answering phones and transferring calls to the appropriate person Greets all visitors and guests and directs them to the appropriate person or area if they need assistance. Distribute mail to residents and staff the same day it is received. Copying documents for department heads Typing up documents for management team and Executive Director Perform other duties as assigned

The following are secondary to the essential functions listed above: Attend and participate in staff meetings, projects, special events, committees, and mandatory training as appropriate. Completes competency evaluations for training as required by the state or as assigned by their immediate supervisor, HR Director, or Executive Director. regulations and Cardinal Senior Management Standards as required Promotes and encourages individualized resident independence while maintaining resident dignity, individuality, confidentiality and following infection control policies. Works as a member of a team to provide essential nursing services and uses effective communication skills. Follow all applicable state regulations. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
