Essential Responsibilities Answer phones, greet residents and visitors, and direct inquiries professionally. Assist residents and support daily front desk operations. Sort mail, enter data, and scan/upload documents. Monitor emergency systems, security cameras, and respond to alarms. Maintain clean, safe common areas. Assist with event setup and campus activities. Report resident concerns to leadership. Complete other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Professional customer service and phone etiquette. Ability to respond calmly in emergencies. Computer proficiency and office equipment knowledge. Detail-oriented, compassionate, and resident-focused. Education, Training & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Receptionist experience preferred, ideally in senior care. Participation in required training and development.
