Here's a professional but approachable job description you can use for hiring: Front Desk Associate Powerhouse Gym Milford Powerhouse Gym Milford is looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first person members and guests see when they walk through our doors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, positive, and professional environment. Responsibilities Greet members and guests with a friendly smile and positive attitude Check members in and assist with membership questions Answer phone calls and respond to basic inquiries Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Assist with general gym cleanliness, including equipment, locker rooms, bathrooms, and common areas Stock supplies throughout the facility as needed Help keep the gym organized and presentable at all times Assist members with basic account and facility questions Support gym events, promotions, and member engagement activities Monitor facility policies and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment Perform additional front desk and operational duties as assigned Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer and phone skills Must be able to perform light cleaning and organizational tasks Fitness industry experience is a plus but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in maintaining a clean facility, and can be a positive representation of the Powerhouse Gym brand.
