Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning. Support internal teams with clerical and office-related duties as needed. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
