Full-Time Join Our Team! Our growing dental specialty practice in Petoskey is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and provide outstanding customer service Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently Assist patients with questions regarding treatment, scheduling, and financial arrangements Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation Coordinate treatment schedules with clinical staff Process payments and maintain financial records Assist with administrative tasks to support daily office operations
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with computers and practice management software Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous dental or medical office experience not required
