Front Desk Receptionist

Drake Dental is a patient-centered practice dedicated to providing high-quality dental care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are looking for an organized, friendly and detailed-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly.
• Verify Insurance information and handle pre-authorizations.
• Collect payments, process billing and maintain accurate patient accounts.
