Join our small business to utilize and share your valuable skills fostering connections within our hometown spa environment. If you have a warm, outgoing personality and are a multi-tasker with an attention to detail, we want you to be the welcoming face for our Spa! We are a cozy, well-established Spa located in mid-town Rochester, and are looking for someone with a pleasant personality to join our team. The position requires 3 days; alternating Saturdays are a must. Your scheduled days are flexible and coordinated with your work partner.
Hours:
9:30-5:00
Qualifications:
Must have a friendly, welcoming presence for our clients and staff Must have organizational skills, detail orientation, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Must have front desk skills and/or customer service experience Familiar with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and scheduling software is a plus (training will be provided for you)
Responsibilities :
Perform opening and closing procedures for the Spa and front desk Greet clients and see to their seamless arrival and departure Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk area Daily laundry, maintain the cleanliness/order of the spa Provide support for therapists in managing the flow of clients in the spa Bookkeeping in Excel and QuickBooks.
What we provide:
A professional, yet relaxing work environment. Flexible days each week (coordinated with our other spa receptionist). We are open Monday through Saturday. Closed on Sundays. 9:30am - 5:00pm work schedule , with some flexibility depending on therapist's schedules.
