Job Description

Position Overview The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist will be responsible for helping keep the office organized and running efficiently. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, dependable, comfortable working with people, and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet clients, visitors, and agents in a professional and welcoming manner Respond to emails and general office inquiries Provide administrative support to the broker and real estate agents Assist with preparing, organizing, scanning, and filing documents Maintain organized electronic and paper files Schedule appointments, meetings, and other office activities Assist with real estate transaction paperwork and office records Help maintain office calendars and communications Assist with basic computer and office technology needs Support office marketing, social media, and other administrative projects as needed Order and maintain general office supplies Perform other administrative duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications — Not Required We are interested in candidates who have some of the following experience or skills, but these are preferred and are not requirements for consideration : Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office experience Experience working in a real estate office Knowledge of real estate terminology or transactions Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, or similar office software Experience with electronic document/signature platforms Experience with social media or basic marketing Strong typing and computer skills Previous experience working with MLS or real estate systems Ability to learn new software and office procedures quickly Real estate experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. No previous real estate experience is required. We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, motivated, professional, and eager to learn.
