Love dogs? Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique is looking for a Front Desk Associate who can work with a team, drive membership sales, and create an amazing experience for pets and their owners. This is a growth role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with a team, and wants to be rewarded for growing a business. Compensation & Perks Hourly base pay Uncapped commission on membership sales Tips Set schedule with two consecutive days off (Sunday & Monday) Leadership support and coaching Career growth opportunities within a rapidly growing brand Work with dogs every day What You'll Do Lead front end operations including check-ins and check-outs Drive membership and package sales Hit performance goals with your team and manager Resolve customer concerns professionally Maintain safety and brand standards Build relationships with our customers and their pets What We're Looking For 1+ years experience (retail, service, or pet industry preferred) Strong sales mindset and comfort with hitting goals Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to take feedback and excel Organized, reliable, and comfortable using technology Passion for pets and commitment to safety Ready to be a part of the Pack?
