About the Role We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our growing, family-focused chiropractic office. You'll play a key role in creating an outstanding patient experience while helping our office run smoothly. Training is provided—no chiropractic experience required!
Schedule & Compensation Part-time:
Approximately 20 hours per week Opportunity to pick up additional shifts
Starting Pay:
$19-$21/hour , based on experience Monthly bonus opportunities Chiropractic care for yourself Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional patient experience with every interaction Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone with enthusiasm and professionalism Schedule appointments in alignment with doctors' care plans Maintain smooth patient flow by coordinating rooming and transitions Support community outreach and marketing events (some evenings/weekends) Complete administrative and clerical tasks efficiently Communicate clearly and effectively with patients and team members Utilize Microsoft Office for daily tasks Educate and promote healthy lifestyle habits and chiropractic care (training provided) What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment Excellent customer service and communication skills Team-oriented mindset Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Important Note We are looking for a long-term team member who is excited to grow with us.
