POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Daytime Front Desk Associate who will be the friendly face and first impression of Skyline! You'll welcome guests with a smile, help them get set up for fun, answer questions, and keep the front desk running smoothly. Whether it's checking in bowlers, explaining activities, or solving small challenges with a big smile—you're all about making every guest feel excited and cared for from the moment they walk in. RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist guests with their entertainment experience Operate telephone, personal computer, and electronic cash register system Winning attitude and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction Demonstrate ability to diffuse and respond to guest concerns Managing reservations and seating guests Ability to be able to communicate with a wide demographic of people Ability to work both independently and in team settings Must be an advocate for fun

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Experience preferred but not required Must be 16 years or older Experience working in a fast-paced environment Must be able to pass a mandatory background check Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 10AM-5PM

COMPENSATION

$14-$16/hour Team Member discounts Free & discounted entertainment Free bowling, duckpin, arcade play, and axe throwing

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25lbs Must be able to stand for 4-6 hours Must be comfortable in an occasionally loud atmosphere Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
