Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries and requests efficiently. The 3 different shifts include 7am-3pm, 3pm-9pm, and 9pm-7am. Stop in for an application! Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently while ensuring all necessary information is collected. Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining high standards of guest relations. Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
