Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus. Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently. Professional appearance and demeanor.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
