What would you do as a Catering Receptionist The part-time Catering Receptionist at Lunds & Byerlys plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service for our catering clients. In this position, you will greet and assist customers at the catering reception desk, by phone, and by email, embodying our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing menu signage inventory, staging orders for pick-up, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process. Additionally, you'll maintain ongoing customer communication through thoughtful gestures like thank-you notes and feedback solicitation, enhancing loyalty and relationships. Collaborating with the catering team and attending weekly meetings will be essential in supporting our vibrant, customer-focused culture.
