This is a friday asnd saturday position. It's about 10-12-hours per week position. This role goes beyond traditional front desk duties — we are looking for someone who is quick on their feet, highly organized, and able to anticipate needs in a client-focused environment. You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients while also acting as a key support person to the Owner (clinician ). Think of this as a blend of a front desk coordinator and personal assistant within an intimate clinical setting.

Responsibilities include:

• front desk operations and greeting clients
• Answering phones and communicating professionally with clients
• Learning and managing our health portal system
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments
• Supporting the practitioner with day-to-day administrative needs
• Assisting with clinic flow and daily operations QuickBooks experience is helpful but not required — we are happy to train the right person.

The ideal candidate:

• Is highly proficient with computers (Google Docs, Microsoft Word, scheduling systems)
• Thrives while multitasking and shifting priorities
• Is proactive, detail-oriented, and quick to problem-solve
• Has strong customer service skills
• Has experience in a clinic or wellness setting (preferred)
