The ideal candidate is looking for a part-time position with a set schedule of Monday through Thursday from 4pm-8pm and every Saturday from 8:30am-5:00pm. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working candidate with the ability to answer a high volume of phone calls with speed and accuracy. The Front Desk Receptionist also needs to be familiar with our company's electronic system, as well as comfortable interacting with customers.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors in a timely manner and direct them to the appropriate person or location. Answer phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate person, and forward calls to voicemail. Serve as a first point of contact for customers who call or enter the company office. Maintain a clean, organized lobby where visitors feel comfortable. Process cash, credit and check deposits
