Love Dogs? Love People? Come Hang With Us. Oh My Dog! is looking for an energetic, organized, dog-loving Front Desk Staff member to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy making people smile, and can handle a little chaos with a positive attitude (especially the furry kind), we'd love to meet you. You'll be the first face our clients see and the go-to person helping keep our day running smoothly. From greeting pups and their humans to managing appointments and keeping the front desk organized, you'll play a huge role in creating the fun, welcoming experience Oh My Dog! is known for. Bonus points if you already know Gingr — experience is highly preferred! What You'll Be Doing Welcome clients, visitors, and lots of happy dogs with warmth and a smile Answer phones, assist customers, and direct calls professionally Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Gingr, Google Workspace, or similar systems Help keep records organized with data entry, filing, and administrative support Maintain a clean, organized, and upbeat front desk area Support daily office operations and help the team stay on track Answer questions, provide information, and create a positive customer experience Jump in wherever needed to help the day run smoothly Be comfortable around dogs of all sizes and personalities — dog handling experience is a huge plus! What We're Looking For Previous front desk, receptionist, office, or customer service experience preferred Gingr software experience strongly preferred Friendly, positive personality with excellent customer service skills Strong communication and phone etiquette Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented Someone who genuinely enjoys being around dogs and people Why You'll Love Working Here Paid position Fun, dog-filled work environment Supportive and team-oriented culture Opportunities to grow your administrative and customer service skills Every day is different — and usually includes wagging tails How to Apply Send us your resume along with a short introduction about yourself and your experience.
