SUMMARY The Guest Services Receptionist:
(a) screens/directs incoming phone calls to appropriate staff/departments, (b) greets and answers questions from clients, visitors and staff, (c) and completes daily and as-needed administrative tasks. Job Specifications Education, Experience and Certifications High school diploma or equivalent required. One or more years receptionist, customer service or administrative/office experience required, preferably in a long term care setting.

Compensation :
An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
