Job Description:
Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Receptionist to join a busy law firm in the East Metro. This is a temporary to hire opportunity with a fully onsite work model.
Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and visitors. Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls professionally, taking accurate messages when necessary. Managing appointment calendars, coordinating meetings, and confirming appointments with clients and attorneys. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing. Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area. Monitoring and ordering office supplies as needed. Updating client information and case files in the firm's database. Relaying information between clients and legal staff. Preparing and sending correspondence as directed. Handling all client and firm information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
1+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a law firm. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
