Job Description
Highland Animal Hospital is a family-owned vet clinic established in 1976. The Sime family is in their second generation of veterinary care and the doctors and staff at our St. Paul location work as a team to give pets the best care. We offer a warm, friendly, and caring environment for all your pet's veterinary services. At Highland Animal Hospital, we are now hiring a full-time Receptionist to work M-F, 9 am to 6 pm. This position will cheerfully greet clients, answer phones, take messages, schedule appointments, and overall provide excellent customer service to clients and their pets. This role requires the ability to multi-task, work at a fast pace, have strong communication skills, and apply critical thinking.
Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain the professional appearance of waiting and reception areas Assist clients and pets to and from their vehicle when needed Stock and organize product displays Generate treatment reminders Accurately record client transactions and reconcile accounts daily Issue monthly billingWe Offer:

Required Skills:
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Excellent customer service and positive, friendly demeanor
