Job Title:
Receptionist This is not just a receptionist role, it's the face of the company. We are looking for someone with personality, confidence, and a natural ability to create a great experience for anyone who walks in. It's a highly visible opportunity and a strong foot in the door with long-term potential. Job Description This role serves as the face of the organization, providing front-desk support for the office while also delivering administrative support to the broader leadership team. The individual will be the first point of contact for all visitors, employees, and vendors, playing a critical role in shaping the overall experience of anyone entering the office. This is a highly visible position requiring strong presence, confidence, and interpersonal skills, as the individual will regularly interact with visitors from across the globe. Responsibilities Greet and welcome all customers, visitors, and employees with a warm, professional, and engaging first impression. Serve as the central point of contact for office related needs. Manage office access credentials and security processes, including badge creation and access management. Support and collaborate with internal business groups to maintain and improve office procedures. Assist with administrative tasks for leadership as needed. Provide ongoing support to internal teams across departments. Handle light phone volume, approximately one call per day. Essential Skills Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work onsite and legally in the U.S. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with SharePoint or similar tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs (packages, office supplies). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Self-starter with the ability to take initiative. Naturally outgoing, confident, and engaging. Strong presence, comfortable being highly visible. Customer-first mindset with a polished and professional demeanor. Able to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic office environment. Work Environment Fully onsite with core hours from 7am to 3:30pm. The role offers high visibility across departments including IT, HR, Finance, and Real Estate, with strong exposure to leadership and cross-functional teams. There is potential for temp-to-perm conversion based on performance, providing an entry point into a billion-dollar company with long-term career opportunities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
