Position Overview We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk & Administrative Coordinator to support our office. This role serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and provides essential administrative support to the broader leadership team. The position is fully onsite and plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and secure office environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact by greeting and assisting visitors, customers, and employees in a professional manner Provide consistent front-desk support for all office colleagues Manage office access, including physical credentials and security protocols, and assist with global site coordination as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain effective office management processes Support the Concur travel program and assist with travel-related coordination Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to internal business groups Basic Qualifications Strong customer service orientation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work lawfully within the United States Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds (e.g., office supplies, packages) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse internal and external stakeholders Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and contribute to team success Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Shakopee, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
