Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette Manage appointment bookings efficiently ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prepare rooms for sessions and assist in setup for therapies Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and perform cash handling duties with integrity Maintain organized merchandising by stocking retail products, updating displays, and ensuring cleanliness of the reception area Support spa operations by supervising front desk activities, coordinating schedules, and managing client flow Keep all spaces clean, organized, and relaxing Communicate effectively with team members Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math skills for transactions Strong communication skills Demonstrated experience or ability to oversee operations efficiently Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive on creating memorable guest experiences while supporting daily spa operations.
