A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A OVERNIGHT FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE

As a Overnight Front Desk Receptionist, you are the face of hospitality. You enter reservation information into our hotel booking system and warmly check guests in or out when the time comes. At times, you process same-day reservations and cancellations. You work to assure the highest level of satisfaction for our guests. Working closely with housekeeping and maintenance, you schedule or report any requests as needed. Leveraging your customer service skills, you accommodate special requests by guests and managers whenever possible. You are available to our guests at all times, whether during the morning, evening, or night shift. You take charge of helping clients, complete daily cleaning checklists, follow all safety procedures, and properly perform night audits. You enjoy meeting guests, and helping them have the best experience possible at our hotel gives you a great sense of accomplishment!
