Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests to ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and common spaces Handle guest check-outs efficiently while processing payments accurately Respond promptly to guest concerns or issues, resolving them with a positive attitude Support daily operations by coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams Promote hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences Requirements Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic computer skills for reservation systems and administrative tasks A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences and fostering a welcoming atmosphere Join us at the Americinn by Wyndham where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
