Taylor & Associates Financial Services is a CPA firm in Branson, MO. We're all about delivering exceptional client service while creating a positive and supportive environment for our team. We're on the lookout for an Part-time Receptionist to support out team and make sure our clients feel welcomed and taken care of. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service skills, we'd love to hear from you. While our office vibe is supportive and collaborative, tax season can get fast-paced and intense. We need someone who can stay calm under pressure, multitask like a pro, and help keep things on track during our busiest times. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for clients (in person and by phone) Oversee incoming calls, emails, and front desk operations Schedule appointments and coordinate with accountant availability Scan, file, and organize client documents Assist with administrative tasks such as mailing invoices and distributing processed payroll checks Process client payments (training provided) Adapt to the fast pace during tax season, ensuring the office stays organized and clients feel supported even when things get busy.
Qualifications:
Strong communication. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.), Slack, Square, and digital signatures. Quick learner when it comes to new software. Works well with others
