Receptionist

Our office is looking to hire an enthusiastic, dedicated, and personable individual to join our team of Medical Receptionists. In this position you will be the first point of contact for clients and potential new patients, and the right candidate will enjoy working in a busy office environment. We are interested in candidates with previous experience in a customer service environment, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Remember appointment times. Answer telephones in a professional and courteous manner. Greet patients and staff in a professional and courteous manner. Provide an environment in which medical office staff feel comfortable, safe and secure. Organize and maintain dental supplies, equipment, inventory and cleanliness of the office. Maintain patient treatment plans and necessary insurance forms on the computer system. Perform other duties as assigned.
