Guest Experience and Reception - Greet every guest with energy and warmth, setting the tone for a premium experience from the moment they walk in. Manage check-in and check-out smoothly, ensuring zero wait-time friction. Answer calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally, converting questions into booked appointments. Keep the front-of-house immaculate, welcoming, and on-brand at all times. Sales and Revenue Generation - Educate guests on treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products — and confidently recommend what fits their goals. Re-book guests before they leave and fill the schedule by reactivating past clients. Promote and sell membership programs, treatment packages, and seasonal promotions. Hit and exceed monthly rebooking, retail, and membership targets (tied directly to your bonus). Capture and follow up on leads, turning inquiries into consultations and consultations into clients. Scheduling and Operations - Own the appointment calendar: optimize provider schedules to minimize gaps and maximize revenue per hour. Confirm appointments, manage cancellations and waitlists, and reduce no-shows. Handle payments, process transactions accurately, and manage daily opening/closing procedures. Maintain client records and ensure intake forms and consents are complete before appointments. Coordinate between guests and providers to keep the day running on time. Manage retail inventory counts and reorder essentials. What you bring. 2-3 years of experience

Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of customer-facing experience (reception, hospitality, salon/spa, luxury retail, or sales) Proven comfort with sales, upselling, or hitting performance goals Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems Availability to work the required schedule, including some evenings and/or weekends Professional, polished appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years in a med spa, aesthetics, salon, or wellness setting Experience with med spa / salon platforms (Boulevard, Aesthetic Record, Zenoti, Vagaro, or similar) Familiarity with aesthetic treatments (injectables, laser, body contouring, skincare) Track record of selling memberships, packages, or retail products Experience managing provider schedules to maximize bookings Knowledge of HIPAA / patient confidentiality practices Associate's degree or coursework in business, communications, or a related field
