Job Description
We are looking for hard-working, organized, positive, energetic professionals to join our upbeat team at Fizz Facial Bar! We are a fast-paced, open-concept facial bar that specializes in express facials and skin health maintenance. Our Spa Coordinators serve as the receptionist responsible for answering calls, greeting/seating clients, taking payments, and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Provide information to clients about available spa services and memberships.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive client experience.
- Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and appointments.
