On-Site Compensation:
$15.50•$17.50 per hour (Earn an equivalent of $2.00 to $5.00+ extra per hour based on retail sales percentages, rebooking rates, and stellar client experience scores.) About the
Role:
The Quin Experience Coordinator will serve as the heart of our salon's daily operations. As the first and last impression for every guest, you will do much more than sit behind a desk. This dynamic role is a blend of a high-end receptionist, an executive assistant, and a marketing coordinator. You will manage appointments, drive promotions, maintain beautiful retail displays, and ensure every single client feels deeply valued from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.
Available Schedules:
Both full-time roles average 35-40 hours per week and require working alternating Saturdays. Additional hours may be added based upon seasonal need.
Morning Shift:
Mon-Fri:

Alternating Saturdays:
8:30 AM•4:00
PM Evening Shift:
Mon-Fri:
12:30 PM•7:30 PM |
Alternating Saturdays:
8:30 AM•4:00
PM Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome guests, offer beverages, manage the check-in/check-out process, manage payments, and ensure the front-of-house is always immaculate and inviting. Expertly manage the booking system, coordinate stylist schedules, and handle phone calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and warmth. Maintain eye-catching retail displays, educate clients on products, and assist in coordinating salon promotions, inventory, purchase orders, and sales. Assist management with social media content creation, coordinating salon events, and driving client retention efforts. Actively focus on rebooking clients and boosting retail sales to enhance the overall salon experience and hit your bonus goals. Commitment to delivering a high-quality guest experience Willingness to learn, grow, and follow The Quin's systems and service standards Ability to take direction, receive feedback, and apply coaching Reliable, punctual, and professional in both appearance and communication Comfortable with client consultation and product recommendations Willing to participate in continuing education and monthly check-ins Basic understanding of social media use for business growth (or willingness to learn) Ability to work in a team-oriented, positive, no-drama environment
Minimum Requirements:
You genuinely love making people feel special and cared for. You can multitask effortlessly in a fast-paced environment without missing the fine details. You take initiative, whether it's capturing a great hair transformation for our Instagram or restocking retail shelves before being asked. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent cash handling experience. Previous experience in a salon, luxury retail, or high-end hospitality is a major plus!
