JOB DESCRIPTION
Front Desk Associate Part Time:
8:00am - 1:00pm The Front Desk Associate is a part-time position that supports the Front Desk Coordinator. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional environment and assisting with the front desk operations.
JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer central telephone system, direct and screen calls, take and relay messages in a professional and cheerful manner. Assist in office security and greet visitors entering and leaving the office in a professional and warm manner. Assist in distributing incoming and outgoing mail daily. Assist in billing and invoicing when needed. Provide support to various departments as needed. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERTISE
High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong customer service skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Possess great interpersonal skills/professional but personable phone skills. Strength in accuracy and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
