Sustainable Growth:

We are currently turning away clients every week because our team is full. We need another clinician to help us meet this demand. Because of our reputation in Kearney and the KC Northland, we are positioned to help you build a full, sustainable caseload quickly.

Total Admin Freedom:

Our admin team handles the intakes, initial scheduling, and the "fun" job of chasing down insurance payments. You show up, do the therapy, notes and go home. The "Kearney Perk": We are in Kearney, MO (about 15 mins from Liberty). It's a reverse commute for most of the Northland, meaning little to no traffic. We've put a lot of heart into our space. It's not just 'furnished'. It's a calm environment that's fully stocked with everything you need. You won't be running out to buy your own tissues, fidgets, or office supplies. You just show up, grab a coffee, and settle into a room you're actually proud to host clients in.

Freedom of Movement:

We pay per billable hour. If you have a cancellation or a gap, we don't expect you to sit at a desk. Go grab coffee, watch some tv on your computer, take a nap in your office, run your errands, or head to the gym. Your time is yours. Compensation & The W-2

Advantage Annual Earning Potential:

$62,500 - $93,000+ Pay is calculated per billable hour ($50-$55/hr) to give you maximum flexibility. Why we list our pay in salary terms: We provide a stable, predictable career. While many 1099 roles offer high "splits," they often leave out the thousands of dollars you'll spend on self-employment taxes, office rent, liability insurance, office overhead, credentialing, insurance issues and denials . At Connected Families , your income is "clean." We handle the employer-side taxes, client billing/insurance, insurance clawbacks/denials, when clients don't pay, the tech, the furnished office, and a marketing budget. You simply focus on the 24+ hours of clinical work you love. The "Extra Mile"

Bonus:

We love rewarding high-performers. You receive an additional $5/hour bonus for every client seen above 48 in a two-week pay period.

Zero Overhead:

We provide your computer, EHR, liability insurance, fully furnished and decorated office space, all supplies, and consistent marketing.

Freedom of Movement:

Since we pay per billable hour, you aren't "on the clock" between sessions. If you have a gap, go run errands, grab coffee, or head to the gym. We value your results, not your desk time.

A Real Team:

We aren't just a group of people sharing a hallway. We host regular clinical consultation groups and team outings because this work is too hard to do in isolation.

Your Schedule & Growth:

To get your caseload filled quickly, we ask for an initial commitment to two shifts that include evening or weekend availability. Once your caseload is sustainable, we prioritize moving you toward your ideal schedule (typically within 6 months). Many of our clinicians work their client schedule to enjoy 3-day weekends.

We need someone who is fully licensed in Missouri (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT). We are looking for clinicians who are great at what they do and want a long-term home. Why Join Us Now?
